Riyadh - Mubasher: Retal Urban Development Company appointed Kamal bin Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed as the new CEO, succeeding Abdullah bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Braikan, effective 13 April 2026.

Meanwhile, Al Braikan was named the company’s Managing Director, according to a bourse filing.

He has served as the CEO of Retal since its establishment in 2012 and until 12 April 2026. The official possesses distinguished professional experience in the fields of real estate development and business administration.

As for its financial position, Retal witnessed 10.22% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits attributable to owners at SAR 293.30 million in 2025, compared with SAR 266.10 million.
